Do you offer roommate matching?
Yes! You may select your own roommate(s) or apply individually and be matched based on your roommate questionnaire responses. The application includes a roommate section where you can list specific roommates and note preferences. To be considered together, both applicants must apply for the same floor plan and list each other. Please note that placement is not guaranteed.
What parking options are available?
Open, unassigned parking is available at no additional charge. All residents receive a parking decal.

The Landing at Appleyard is conveniently located near Tallahassee State College, Walmart, and Publix — all offering employment opportunities for students looking for part-time or on-campus work.
Are there shopping and dining options nearby? What are the hot spots?
Residents have easy access to everyday essentials nearby, including Publix, Walmart, Aldi, Target, Dollar General, and Four Points. Ocala Corners is also just minutes away with additional dining and shopping options.
Are parks or outdoor recreation areas nearby?
Yes! Several great parks are within a short distance, including San Luis Mission Park (1.2 miles), Lake Ella Park (3.5 miles), and Cascades Park (3.6 miles) — all offering green space, walking trails, and a welcome break from the books.

The Landing at Appleyard accepts ESAs and Service Animals with proper documentation only. No standard pets are permitted.
